Chuck Collins

Executive Director

Chuck Collins was born and raised in Indiana. Before coming to work for MIAPBC, Chuck was the South Regional Director for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). From 1985 until 2004 he served in law enforcement investigating cases involving major resource violations, boating crashes, vessel theft, and title fraud. He has been declared an expert in boating crash reconstruction and accident investigation. Chuck has lectured extensively in these areas for numerous agencies and organizations. In 2004, Chuck was selected as FWC's Officer of the year and by Shikar-Safari Club International as Florida's Conservation Officer of the Year. In addition, Chuck was named 2004 National Boating Law Enforcement Officer of the year.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Barry University and his Masters of Business in Crisis Management from Florida Atlantic University. He currently resides in Loxahatchee with his wife Sherri and their two children, Ryan and Rachel. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family. You can contact Chuck at chuck@marinepbc.org.

Alyssa Freeman

Operations Director

In 2008, Alyssa Freeman moved to Florida and began her career with MIAPBC. Alyssa was born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, where she grew up on the water enjoying boating, fishing and water sports. She is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus in public relations. Alyssa graduated with her MBA in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University in 2017. She lives in Royal Palm Beach with her husband, Jeff, and daughters Ella and Maisyn. Stephanie Brown

Administrative Assistant

Stephanie Brown was born and raised in Boynton Beach, Florida. Stephanie is a full time student at Palm Beach State College pursuing an Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies along with an Associates of Arts in General Education. After completing both degrees in December 2015 she will begin to work on a Bachelor's of Science in Supervision and Management. Stephanie continues to live with her family in Boynton Beach and spends her free time relaxing on the beach or curled up with a good book. You can contact Stephanie at stephanie@marinepbc.org.
